How to prepare for Shogun Ceanataur for the first time
A faster, meaner alternative to its distant cousin, the Daimyo Hermitaur, the Shogun Ceanataur has very similar physiology, even down to the fact that they both wear wyvern skulls as armor.
This one, however, can change its attacks depending on what skull it’s wearing, so if you see it with a skull with jaws, be sure to keep an eye out for water attacks coming out of it.
We discovered that the impact picture of this jet of water is very severe; Maybe this is a bug that will be fixed later; maybe not. Either way, put it aside!
Make sure you bring plenty of potions here and probably a farcaster if you’re worried you’re about to take a lethal blow. This crab is actually terrifyingly fast and can attack from all four sides.

How to beat Shogun Ceanataur in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
Shogun Ceanataur is exceptionally menacing in multiple ways, meaning the return of this fan favorite is a very welcome sight.
It’s been a while since shells appeared in the Monster Hunter franchise, so newer players should keep in mind that this monster effectively has three forms and can attack from all six directions.
This means, of course, that he can attack you from the sides and front, which is mainly his way of fighting.
You should note that when he extends his arms, he can attack you with a pincer attack that not only deals massive damage, but also leaves you in a bleeding state.
This condition cannot be cured with Nulberries; Instead, you must crouch and wait for the bleeding to stop or you will lose a lot of health over time.
Fortunately, you can move while crouching; just don’t go back until the state goes away.
It can also attack from above, with a jumping attack that leaves you with bleeding damage, something you’ll want to use when mounting this monster in battle against other enemies, both for its speed and agility and the amount of damage you can deal. in other monsters.
In addition to his spinning attack, there are two more sides you need to keep in mind: his back and the ground. First, the ground: Assuming the ceanataur still has a shell, be afraid when it starts digging. It will attack from below the ground three times and launch you into the air if it hits you.
