Super Mario Odyssey Souvenir List: Souvenir Prices and How to Unlock All Mario Souvenirs

When it comes to collectibles, we have hats and outfits for Mario himself, and plenty of stickers to adorn the Odyssey’s outer hull. But what about the inside of your brave little boat? Even the decor needs a little TLC, and Super Mario Odyssey has that covered too. These are souvenirs: special items that are unique to each kingdom you visit.

Most kingdoms have two or more of these each, and each is based on a particular landmark, NPC, or moment in the game. These cannot be purchased with gold coins either. Since these items are so special, you will need to collect regional purple coins. These are unique to each realm and cannot be transferred to other realms. So if there’s a souvenir you really like, you’ll have to search high and low to be able to afford each one.

These items range in price from 5 regional coins to 25 regional coins (and considering there are between 50 and 100 coins per world, that’s a lot of coins in a small trinket), so you better start looking for these coins on your travels. Once purchased, these souvenirs will be proudly displayed inside your ship and appear during cross-kingdom cutscenes during story objectives.

Do you need more help? Our Super Mario Odyssey guide and walkthrough breaks down all the objectives for each kingdom, while our Power Moon locations can help you locate Cascade Kingdom Power Moons, Sand Kingdom Power Moon, Metro Kingdom, and New Donk City Power Moons and more collectibles. We also have purple coin locations for each kingdom, and if you want to know what to spend them on, we have a list of hats, outfits, stickers, souvenirs, and a music list to equip the appearance of both. Mario and the Odyssey. Once you’ve finished the game, also check out the free Balloon World update.
