Instinctive Hero event field research tasks in Pokémon Go
Spinning PokéStops during the An Instinctive Hero event in Pokémon Go can lead to you earning an event-exclusive Field Research task. These tasks can be saved to your Field Research Collection and completed after the event is over.
These are the field research tasks for An Instinctive Hero in Pokémon Go:
- Reward for hatching an egg: encounter with Electabuzz, Magmar or Mantine
- Reward for hatching 2 eggs: encounter with Chansey or Chimecho
- Reward for hatching 3 eggs: encounter with Magneton or Snorlax

The Instinctive Hero event in Pokémon Go will run until Monday, May 8 at 8 pm (local time). During this time, you will be able to enjoy three bonuses related to hatching Pokémon from eggs, including Double Hatch XP and Double Hatch Stardust. The chances of hatching a 2km, 5km, and 10km shiny Pokémon also increased throughout the event.
However, the best part of this event is the release of Larvesta and Volcarona in Pokémon Go.
