Crafting cauldrons allows you to combine ingredients you discover in the world to create potions, which can help you deal with Foundables a little easier by lowering their threat level. If you play Pokémon Go, think of it as using berries on hard-to-catch creatures.
With Master Notes, you can input a series of gestures to speed up the crafting process. Not much (15%), but in longer infusions, it really makes a difference.

First, you must reach level 4 on your account to unlock the ability to start brewing potions.
Once you do, you’ll be able to select a potion to brew from a list. As long as you have the ingredients on hand, it will begin to prepare.
Every time you want to prepare a potion using a series of ingredients in a cauldron, you will have to wait a certain amount of time before it is ready. Although you can queue multiple potions at once (which are automatically brewed once the last one is finished), the process will take some time.
With Master Notes, you can input a series of gestures to speed up the crafting process. At first, the master notes are invisible: the game offers you only the number of gestures you need to enter. Think of it as a hidden cheat code that you need to discover.
How to enter master notes in Harry Potter Wizard Unite
To enter Master Notes, on the potion brewing screen, tap the spoon handle on the right side of the cauldron. This will then zoom in and reveal the number of Master Notes you need to enter as blank squares at the top of the screen.
Once you successfully enter the Master Note, either through experimentation or the list below, the preparation time duration will be reduced by 15%.
To unlock the Master Notes emote series permanently, you need to enter it three times for that specific potion type, then the Master Notes will no longer be hidden. You still have to enter it, but you don’t need to refer to a list of Master Notes solutions like this to remember what it is.
