Once you’ve landed on the island, Sergeant Winter is very easy to spot. Listen for his loud laughter and “ho, ho, ho” noises and interact with him as soon as he is ready. He will not become aggressive until you attack him.
Once it’s down, open the gifts in the middle of the island for additional loot (aim in particular for the room-sized green boxes).
