Jurassic Green Farm: How to get Jurassic Green in Destiny 2
Jurassic Green is exclusive to Festival of the Lost in 2022.
The limited-time event offers a great opportunity to obtain this new weapon fairly easily, although it will require more time to get the god roll.
To farm Jurassic Greens, you must participate in the Haunted Lost Sectors activity. You have a chance to be rewarded with a roll of Jurassic Green once you open the chest at the end of the race. As with most loot, deliveries are not guaranteed.
Jurassic Green is also awarded as part of the Third Shot Callenge event to Charm. This is awarded after racking up a large number of kills with a pulse rifle.
Focusing on using a pulse rifle while running the Haunted Sector is the most efficient way to progress through this challenge while farming.
Jurassic Green God Roll Recommendation in Destiny 2
Jurassic Green is a randomized weapon, meaning that every time you get one, the barrel, bullets, and perks will be randomized. Now comes standard with the Search Party Origin trait. This gives the weapon a faster aim-down speed and increases movement speed while aiming down sight when no allies are nearby.
As usual, finding the “best” combination of features and benefits is quite difficult, as it will vary depending on your tastes and the mods you have in mind for the weapon. Some will be great for PvE, while others will excel in PvP.
The community has dubbed these “god scrolls”, mainly due to their great power and how they further increase the capabilities of each weapon, or compensate for some weapons that might be missing a buff to be optimal with the rest.
Here’s our recommended Jurassic Green God roll in Destiny 2:
- Arrowhead breakage
- High caliber rounds
- Subsistence
- golden tricorn
We will almost always recommend Arrowhead Break when it is an option in a fast-firing gun. This helps control recoil tremendously, and the slight advantage in handling is a big help for weapon switching and reload speed.
High caliber rounds are great in PvE for inflicting flinching on other Guardians, and allow you to stun weak enemies in PvE with good shots. It’s great to have in any mode.
Subsistence returns ammo to the magazine every time you kill. Combine that with the advantages above and Jurassic Green can tear through large groups of lesser enemies.
Incandescent is a great option if you’re focusing on a Solar 3.0 build, due to its ability to deal Scorch. For everyone else, Golden Tricorn is the way to go. Weapon kills increase damage by 15%, and grenade or melee kills increase weapon damage by 50%. That’s a huge advantage for damage and is easy to activate in most scenarios.
As usual, once you have your preferred roll, be sure to upgrade it to Masterwork to give it a stat boost, the ability to spawn orbs on multiple kills, and add the option for a kill tracker.
