How to complete Flags of Vengeance in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

To start a revenge flag, you must approach one and interact with it. When you’re close, use the indicated controller to activate your heroic side, also known as marking the assassin, but the heroic side sounds more official.

You can kill a Vengeance target without visiting the flag itself, but it’s always helpful to know who you’re avenging and who your target is before they appear.

The assassin will almost always be in the area surrounding or close to the flag. This means you’ll rarely need to travel far to find them and there’s an easy way to spot who your target is.

When you approach an objective, the morale gauge above its head will be surrounded by the same purple glow that surrounded the flag.

All you need to do now is successfully defeat the target. However, their morale rank will be higher than average once they become a Revenge target, so they tend to fight more.

After defeating the target, you will have avenged your fallen hero companion. Even if you reset enemies by visiting a battle flag, the Revenge target will not respawn. So once you do, you’ll need to find someone else to avenge.
