Willow’s Return is a special research quest in Pokémon Go added as part of the Go Fest 2022 Final Day celebrations.
Although you will need to purchase a ticket to participate in all Go Fest 2022 final activities, the Ultra Beast and Willow’s Return raids are available to anyone who logs into Pokémon Go on August 27, 2022.

Steps of the mission ‘Willow’s Return’ in Pokémon Go
Willow’s Return is a special research quest in Pokémon Go that is available to all trainers who log into the game between 10 am and 6 pm (local time) on August 27, 2022.
Conveniently, you don’t actually need to complete the research during this time, just pick it up. You will then stay in the “Special” research tab until you complete all the steps.
However, if you have a ticket for the end of Go Fest 2022 and want to work on the A Radiant Reunion special research quest on the final day, you will first need to complete Willow’s Return to unlock it.
However, this is not necessary, as A Radiant Reunion and all of its steps will still be available to you after the Final Day ends at 6 pm (local time), provided you have completed the special research quest ‘The Return of Willow’.

This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.

Foongus.
- Send 3 gifts to friends – x3 Nanab Berry
- Complete 2 Field Research Tasks: 100 Stardust
- Spin 3 PokéStops or Gyms: 100 XP
Rewards for completing step 1: x3 Razz Berry, x25 Poké Balls, and an encounter with Foongus.
‘Willow Returns’ Step 2 of 2
- Use 3 Berries to help catch Pokémon – x25 Foongus Candy
- Power up Pokémon 3 times: x1 Charged TM
- Use a charged TM – Potion x3
Rewards for completing step 2: x1 Golden Razz Berry, x3 Revive, and an encounter with Munna.
