Everything you need to know about the Fashion Week event in Pokémon Go

The main attraction of this year’s Fashion Week event is the launch of Mareanie and Toxapex in Pokémon Go. These two Gen 7 Poison and Water-type Pokémon come from the seas of the Alola region, but to fully complete their Pokédex entries, you need to know how to turn Mareanie into Toxapex.

Fashion Week, of course, also sees the release of new Pokémon costumes. This year you can see Absols in sunglasses, Toxicroak in caps and Digletts and Dugtrios in bowler hats.

According to Fashion Week, when taking a photo using Go Snapshot, your photo may be wiped out by a modern Pokémon!

Hot Pokémon can also be found in raids: with the Diglett costume, Shinx costume, and Croagunk costume appearing in one-star raids, along with Scraggy and Furfrou. Meanwhile, in the three-star raids, you’ll find Mareanie, the Butterfree costume, the Kirlia costume, and the Absol costume.

Yveltal, whose shiny form will be released as part of this event, also returned to five-star raids, while Mega Lopunny is back in Mega Raids.

A selection of Pokémon appear more frequently in the wild, including:
