Sumeru’s craftable weapons in Genshin Impact were added to the game during the 3.0 update, but you have to overcome some obstacles before you can obtain these counterfeit weapon blueprints.
To unlock the ability to craft King’s Squire, Sapwood Blade, Moonpiercer, Forest Regalia, and Fruit of Fulfillment, you will need to find a special material called ‘Stories of You and the Aranara’.

How to get craftable Sumeru weapons in Genshin Impact
To obtain craftable weapons from Sumeru in Genshin Impact, you must complete the ‘Aranara World’ part of the ‘Aranyaka Part 2’ world quest. To unlock Part 1 of the Aranyaka World Quest, go to Sumeru and then travel along the main southern road from Sumeru City. You will meet Rana at the main intersection leading to Gandharva Ville in the east, and the quest line will begin.
When you complete ‘The World of Aranara’, follow the new quest marker ‘Trees and Dreams’ and climb through the nearby cave in northeastern Vanarana to find the Tree of Dreams. To the right of the tree is Aravinay.
You can now talk to Aravinay and exchange a ‘Tales of You and the Aranara’ for a Sumeru Weapon Story. You can unlock the weapons in any order, so if you really like the look of that Moonpiercer polearm, you can go ahead and spend the story you currently have on it!
There are a total of five ‘Stories of You and Aranara’ to find: one for each craftable Sumeru weapon you can purchase in Aravinay.
When you have the story of a weapon, take it to Ahangar, the blacksmith in Sumeru City, and select “Learn” on the story itself. Ahangar can now craft the Sumeru weapon for you if you have the necessary materials.

When you finish the final section of the extensive world quest, ‘Aranyaka: Part 4’, you will have all five stories in your inventory and can now hand them over to Aravinay in exchange for all the Sumeru weapon stories that can be created.
