Where to find Greavard in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
There is a small area elsewhere where Greavard appears, but generally speaking, you can find Greavard on Frosting Mountain.
Keep an eye out for movement beneath the snow, as Greavard likes to dig to move, but you can still see his blue sail above the ground.

How to evolve Greavard into Houndstone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
To evolve Greavard into Houndstone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must level up Greavard at night after it reaches level 30.
To be on the safe side, make Greavard your lead Pokémon and get the EXP you need to level up by battling, not by using items like Rare Candy. However, you can use Auto Battle or EXP Candy to quickly increase Greavard’s EXP bar and then engage in a battle to turn him into Houndstone.
It’s also worth noting that it looks like Greavard won’t evolve into Houndstone at dusk or dawn; It has to be when the sky is completely dark. We tried to evolve it right at the peak, at dawn, but it didn’t work.
