Where to find Cetoddle in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Some of the Gen 9 Pokédex entries can be pretty vague when it comes to locations, but luckily Cetoddle’s is simple.
To find Cetoddle in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must go to Frosting Mountain.
We saw a lot of them wandering around almost every area of Glazed Mountain on a regular trip, so you don’t need to eat any foods that boost ice encounters to find Cetoddle.
Once you have one, you’ll probably want to turn Cetoddle into Cetitan to fill out your Pokédex, or use it as an effective Ice-type in your party.

How to evolve Cetoddle into Cetitan in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
To evolve Cetoddle into Cetitan in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must use an Ice Stone on Cetoddle. You can check out our page for more details on where to find Ice Stones, but in general, you can find Ice Stones by picking up the shiny items found in the Glazed Mountain region to the north.
These could be other items, and they will be most of the time, but as long as you keep clicking on these glowing dots, you’ll eventually find an Ice Stone.
Once you have an Ice Stone, add Cetoddle to your party, then use the Ice Stone from your inventory to obtain Cetitan.
