There are seven mythical tales in Ghost of Tsushima, which will be available at different stages of the game. To access each one, you’ll need to find a special musician, named Yamato, who will tell you the actual mission each time.

However, you will only be able to find Yamato and confront his Mythic Tales after certain stages of the story; It’s not entirely clear which one, as you can get some of the rumors and rescued villagers, but we note when they became available to Us below.

When will each mythical tale be available?

Act 1 Mythical Tales: available after the initial quests (for us it was The Warrior’s Code, The Tale of Ishikawa 1, The Tale of Lady Masako 1):

Act 2 Mythical Tales: available after Shadow of the Samurai for us:

Act 3 Mythical Tale: Available after completing Honor and Ash at the beginning of Act 3:

It is possible to go directly to the musician’s location, as far as we know, if you have progressed far enough in the story, or first hear a rumor about his location, by talking to citizens around the game world or rescuing them. of wandering Mongols found in the wild.
