Static Views Quest will take you through the new Sumeru region in Genshin Impact to find hidden chests.
To complete this quest, you will have to find your way using Aranyaka’s book in which is the Mysterious Clipboard with pictures of where each chest is. While the location in some images is not difficult to identify, others only give a small clue as to what region you should look for.

How to start the Static Views mission in Genshin Impact
Static Views is a quest that you have access to after finishing The World of Aranara quest and your main objective is to find chests hidden in locations throughout Sumeru.
To begin the quest, you must be in the dream version of Vanarana, the Mahavanaranapna. If not, all you need to do is play the Vintage Lyre in front of Silapna south of the Statue of the Seven. Once in the correct version, you must interact with the Mysterious Mailbox in front of one of the houses in the center of the region, find the first chest, and then return to the same mailbox to unlock the other paintings.
By checking Aranyaka’s book in your inventory, you will find the Mysterious Clipboard, a selection of images showing where you can find each chest. While you can go after each location immediately after acquiring the book, progressing through the Aranyaka questline is extremely important and will inevitably lead you to most of the locations shown in the images.
Since finding all the chests is part of a quest chain, completing it is extremely important to clear the way to a room full of rewards that are only obtained after finishing the quest to help 76 aranaras.

Static view quest locations in Genshin Impact
Below you will find all the locations you will visit in the Genshin Impact Static View mission:
Clipboard Location 1: Vanarana
You must enter the dream version of the region.
Clipboard Location 2: Apam Woods
Clipboard Location 3 – Apam Forest
It is in an underground area reached by following the quest for Aranyaka. It is near the trunk of a tree.
Clipboard 4 Location: Southwest of Mawtiyima Forest
Clipboard Location 5: A cave near Gandharva Ville
To open the way for this, you must first complete the Agnihotra Sutra World Mission.
Clipboard Location 6 – Maytimiyia Forest
Clipboard Location 7 – Southeast of Vimara Village
It’s inside a cave that you only open after completing the Vimana Agam Quest.
Clipboard Location 8: Devantaka Mountain

Although this is the ninth chest, it will probably be the last. You will find it inside a cave southeast of Vanarana that you can enter through a small entrance marked on the map. However, the path will be blocked, so you will have to follow a few steps before you can get your hands on it.
First, go to The Chasm to find the Crumpled Seed. This item is inside a chest in the location shown in the tenth image, located in a small region southeast of The Chasm.
In this place, there is a locked chest and three locked totems. To unlock them, you must use Elemental Sight to find three small energy blades. They are in the roots near each totem pole. Once you’ve gotten them all, activate the totems to get the Crumpled Seed in the chest.
Now you can go to the cave where the ninth painting points. If this is your first time there, you must first clear the Withering area and activate the Dendro totem to lower the water level.
The place you are looking for is near a dendrograna branch on a small bridge. If you went there immediately after obtaining the Seed, you will not be able to find the secret passage shown in the painting. You must restart the game.
After doing so, you will see a flower at the end of the bridge. You’ll know the process worked since Paimon starts a dialogue talking about the seed. With the flower available, you only need to play the Vintage Lyre to open the way to a room full of chests.

Static view quest rewards in Genshin Impact explained
Finding all the chests will inevitably help you complete the following achievements: “A Conversation with the Owner of the Treasure Chest”, “People of the Valley of Life” and the achievement “A Smooth Journey” by obtaining the Crumpled Seed.
On top of that, you’ll also earn a couple of Primogems, Adventure Rank EXP, Dendro Sigils, upgrade ores, weapons, and artifacts from the common chests you open at each location.
