Collecting scrolls at different IO bases is one of the steps in the Dark Jonesy questline in Fortnite.
As part of the Punchcard quest lines, you are tasked with finding scrolls on the Fortnite map for Dark Jonesy.
This is the first step of the current quests, followed by others such as using a Shadow Stone, then recovering the Spiritual Vessel and Destroying the Corruption Cluster and all Corruption Fragments.
Completing this mission will reward you with 30,000 XP towards the Season 8 Battle Pass.
Please note that this particular challenge can no longer be completed. What’s new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection, and Eren Jaeger skin. It’s a good idea to know how to get XP quickly in Fortnite.
Explanation of where to collect scrolls in different IO bases in Fortnite
As part of the Dark Jonesy questline, the first step requires you to find two scrolls in five different IO bases. You can choose whichever one you want and in any order, but we’ve detailed them all below.
Here are the five scroll locations at a glance:
Specifically, there are…
In the base located southeast of Dark Jonesy’s location in Steamy Stacks, the scroll is located between a corner and some stacked boxes.
In the base located between Corny Complex and Lazy Lake, the scroll is next to a screen and some boxes.
At the base southeast of Pleasant Park, the scroll is next to two stacked chests, as well as an ammo box (although the latter may vary!).
There is another scroll inside the IO base located southwest of Holly Hedges, next to the tire stand.
Lastly, you can find a scroll in the IO base southwest of Misty Meadows, next to the control panel with the desk chair.
