Where to find the Cursed Cave location for the ‘With Great Power’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The main story quest ‘With Great Power’ will appear when you unlock the Dazzle Beach biome in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To begin, you must first talk to Merlin. If you just spent your 5,000 Dreamlight to unlock Dazzle Beach, it will be right in front of you. If not, open your map and look for Merlin’s moving avatar to locate him.
Merlin will ask you to explore the Cursed Cave and find Ursula for help. When you’re done talking to Merlin, go to the larger part of Dazzle Beach to the east of the map. Here you will find the Cursed Cave in the northeast area of Dazzle Beach in Disney Dreamlight Valley, just below the path to the Forest of Valor biome. It is easily recognizable by the purple mist that surrounds its entrance.
Go to the cave northeast of Dazzle Beach to locate the Cursed Cave.
Inside the Cursed Cave, you will see Ursula floating in a small pool of water. Talk to her to get the crystal key you need to advance the quest “With Great Power”, but don’t forget to open the chest on the right side of the cave! Mystical Cave Device Location for ‘With Great Power’ Mission in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Now that Ursula has so kindly handed over her crystal key, you need to place it on a device near the locked entrance to the Mystic Cave in Dazzle Beach.
The Mystical Cave device is located in the western grove of Dazzle Beach, just behind the Pillar of Power and a banana tree. You will see a large stone door next to the cliffs; the stone pillar in front of her is the device you need to place Ursula’s crystal key into.
Once you transfer the Crystal Key to the device, the stone door in front of you will open and you will gain access to the Mystic Cave and its three puzzles.
‘With Great Power’ Mystical Cave Gem Puzzle Solution in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Almost as soon as you start exploring the Mystic Cave, you will come across the first Magic Door blocking your progress, and you will have to find a way to remove this first Magic Door in the Mystic Cave by solving the gem puzzle in order to further explore the cave. .
You get a helpful hint by clicking on the stone tablet in front of the door, which tells you: ‘Provide the best matching gem to continue your hero’s quest.‘. Basically, you have to insert the correct color of the gem that the three statues in front of you represent.
The solution to the gem puzzle as part of the quest ‘With Great Power’ is:
- Bright green statue: insert a peridot gem
- Bright Blue Statue – Insert an Aquamarine Gem
- Bright red statue: insert a garnet gem

Insert a peridot for the green statue, aquamarine for the blue statue, and garnet for the red statue.
‘With Great Power’ Mystical Cave Crop Puzzle Solution in Disney Dreamlight Valley
For this farming puzzle in the Mystic Cave, the stone tablet tells you that “Discover the right crops to grow to continue below. One is underground, the other gold and brown. What remains is red and round.‘. In non-rhyming terms, the stone tablet tells you to plant the correct ingredients under the correct statue.
The solution to the crop puzzle as part of the quest ‘With Great Power’ is:
- First statue: plant a carrot.
- Second statue – planting wheat
- Third statue: plant a tomato.
We are noting the positions of the statues starting from the one closest to the stone tablet. It’s also worth noting that you may be able to plant these crops in any other crop, but this is the order that worked for us.
Plant a carrot, a wheat and a tomato to solve the crop puzzle in the Mystic Cave.
To grow these three crops, you will need to plant their seeds. You can obtain the necessary crop seeds by killing Night Thorns in the same biomes where Goofy sells each ingredient. If you used the seeds or were unlucky and didn’t get any by clearing Night Thorns, then you will instead have to buy crop seeds from the various Goofy stalls.

If the seeds don’t appear, try upgrading Goofy’s stand to make more space. If they still don’t appear after you’ve upgraded Goofy’s stand as much as possible, you’ll unfortunately have to wait until the next day when his stock refreshes, or by clearing out any Night Thorns that respawn in the area.
You can buy tomato seeds at Goofy’s stand in Dazzle Beach.
Make sure to water the crops after planting them in the Mystic Cave, then wait until they are all grown (the tomato will take longer with a 25 minute growing time). Once all three crops have grown, the second Magic Door will open, but you will encounter yet another puzzle.

‘With Great Power’ Mystical Cave Cooking Puzzle Solution in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Fortunately, you don’t need to mine or farm to complete this little cooking puzzle in the Mystic Cave. The third stone tablet says ‘The final puzzle, let it be known: cooking and eating what you have grown‘.
If you haven’t already, harvest the carrot, wheat, and tomato you planted as part of the previous farming puzzle, then add them to the pot in front of the third Magic Door. If you need some charcoal for cooking, break the gray rocks behind you to find some.
We recommend breaking the rocks even if you have enough coal, since the largest one has a hidden treasure chest.
Once you have cooked the carrot, wheat and tomato, you will have a vegetable pasta meal. All you need to do now is eat the vegetable paste to lower the barrier of the third Magic Gate.
Orb and Pillar of Power Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Fear not, we’re almost at the end of the ‘With Great Power’ quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley! The last thing you need to do in the Mystic Cave is take the Orb of Power from the golden circle in the water at the bottom of the cave.
Switch to your fishing rod as usual, then cast your line in the middle of the golden circle. Once the prompt to reel in the Orb of Power appears, press it at the same time as the white circle around the gold circle and you will soon fish out the Orb of Power.
All you have to do with the Orb of Power now is insert it into the Pillar of Power, which is located just outside the Mystic Cave you are in.
Once the Orb of Power is in the Dazzle Beach Pillar, return to the Cursed Cave in the northeast area of Dazzle Beach to speak with Ursula. She will reveal important information about the history of Oblivion, then you will have to find Merlin and talk to him to finally finish the quest “With Great Power”.
