Destiny 2’s Shattered Realm is a series of quests available during Season of the Lost, which will run from August 2021 to February 2022.
These are a key part of the Wayfinder’s Voyage quest, where each week you must visit the Shattered Kingdom to advance the story.

How the Shattered Realm works in Destiny 2 and how to prepare for its secrets
The Shattered Realm is a destination introduced in the Season of the Lost Wayfinder Journey story and is made up of three quests: Forest of Echoes, Debris of Dreams, and Ruins of Wrath.
Each has three beacons and a boss battle to complete within a Taken-style realm, but that’s not all; Each area has multiple types of collectibles and secrets to discover, unlocking various seasonal challenges and triumphs in the process. For completists, there is a lot to focus on.
The more you play the Wayfinder’s Voyage mission, the more abilities, like True Sight, you’ll unlock.
Of course, there are several factors that complicate the situation. One of them is that there is only one Shattered Realm quest available at any given time, and the next quest is done at the next weekly reset.
If you are playing the Wayfinder’s Voyage quest, this does not affect your progress, as you simply need to complete the active Shattered Realm quest to advance to the respective step. However, if you are looking for all the secrets of the Shattered Kingdom, then it means waiting until the desired quest is active in the rotation schedule before you can access everything.
The other thing to keep in mind is that before you can get everything, you’ll first need to unlock a number of skills. Although you can start unlocking some secrets as soon as you complete the first week of Wayfinder’s Voyage, it may be easier to wait until you have everything first.

Destiny 2 Shattered Realm Rotation: When will Forest of Echoes, Debris of Dreams, and Ruins of Wrath be available?
Shattered Realm’s three missions operate in rotation, moving from one to the next each week at the usual weekly reset time.
This means that there is only one quest available at a time and you will have to wait until the following week to access the next quest.
Fortunately, as each one goes in sequence, we can determine when a specific mission will be playable in the game, useful if you’re still slowly progressing through Wayfinder’s Voyage and want to plan your excursions.

Starting February 22, 2021, the Season of the Lost will end and the Witch Queen expansion will begin, removing the Shattered Realm area from Destiny 2.
