Destiny 2’s Opulent Keys are consumable items that allow you to open special chests in Haunted Leviathan.
There are six different chests, each requiring a different opulent key to open.
Keys can be found randomly in Leviathan by opening chests, either by finding them or by defeating difficult enemies and level 3 Nightmare bosses.
You can only hold one key at a time and each one has an inscription telling you where to use it.

How to get to Pleasure Gardens and Royal Pools in Destiny 2
All opulent chests are found in Leviathan’s Pleasure Gardens or Royal Pools.
To find the Pleasure Gardens location, the entrance is located in the center of the Castellum, across from the large statue in the middle of the room.
Enter the door and follow the hallways until you reach a large chamber.
To find the Royal Pools location, locate the door centered on the left wall (depending on where you load) of the Castellum.
Head through the winding hallways until you reach a large statue of Calus.
Pleasure Gardens, next to the Fallen Greatness location
When you reach Pleasure Gardens, turn right down the stairs.
Look for the head of a large callus-shaped statue resting on the ground. The chest is right in front of her opulent face.
Pleasure Gardens, guarded by a faithful companion
Right in front of you when you reach the Pleasure Gardens is a statue of Calus. Look to the left and you should see a statue of a War Beast.
Head towards the beast and look on the ground to find your chest.
Pleasure Gardens, among the ruins
This is near the entrance to Pleasure Gardens. Go down the stairs and follow the wall to your left.
As you walk through the terrain, you will find the chest between the wall and a tree.
Royal Pools, at the foot of Greatness location
As soon as you reach Royal Pools you will see a large statue of Calus.
Walk towards it, but don’t enter the room below. Turn to your left and the chest is there.
Royal Pools, location between the stately columns
The Majestic Columns are at the rear left of the Royal Pools.
Head left around the large statue and jump to the raised platform. The chest rests near the wall, between some of the most majestic columns you’ve ever seen.

There is a large room to your right as soon as you enter the Royal Pools. Follow the wall to your right until you find the open door.
The chest enters the room directly from this door, near the wall.
