In addition to the basic ending, Dark Souls 3 has three additional endings to choose from. Two require a small setup that can be done before starting the final fight, but the last one needs to do a lot of additional things at specific points during the game.
To link the first call
This is the “basic” ending; just light the bonfire after the final battle.
The end of the fire
Collect a Firekeeper’s Eyes from the Unattended Graves and deliver them to the Firekeeper before the final battle. Once he finishes the fight, he uses the summon sign next to the bonfire.

Activate the End of Fire ending as shown above, and when the camera fades to black, attack the Firekeeper.
usurpation of fire
This requires a much more complicated setup and many of the steps are time-consuming, so do them as soon as possible. During all conversations, be sure to interact until the NPC has nothing more to say.
1) Talk to Yoel at the foot of the high walls: Before opening the portcullis to enter the Undead Settlement, head to the other end of the stone path. Yoel will be on the right among the crowd of worshipers, second from behind; He’ll mutter something when you approach him, and a few seconds later you can talk to him and send him to Firelink.
2) Talk to Yoel again in Firelink and accept the dark seal; you will find it at the end of the corridor in the lower right part of the area.
3) Level up with him five times. The first is “free”, and the rest is earned by dying twice and returning to him. After the fifth he will die; this must be done before completing Farron Keep. No Attempt to heal your voiding at any time, using either the Fire Keeper or a Purging Stone.
4) Once Yoel is dead, talk to Yuria; she will appear in the same place in Firelink.
5) Talk to Anri at the Halfway Fortress bonfire.
6) After defeating the Deacons of the Deep, return to Firelink and talk to Anri again.
7) After defeating the Abyss Watcher, find Anri in the Catacombs of Carthus. Instead of turning right and going down the stairs where he attacks you with the skeleton ball, he takes the archway in front and heads down the hallway.
8) Talk to Anri again through the catacombs: When you reach the wooden bridge, take the rough stone path up the slope and turn left.
9) Find Horace at Smoldering Lake and kill him. You can find it in the cave to the right when you reach the water.
10) Return to Anri and give him the news that you found Horace at the lake.
11) Talk to Anri again at the Yorshka Church bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley.
12) Return to Firelink after defeating Pontiff Sulhyvan and talk to Yuria again.
13) From the Anor Londo bonfire, go down the tower again and head down the hallway where the illusory statue was, talk to the NPC, head to the other end and use the Sword of Confession on Anri’s body.
14) Talk to Yuria at Firelink again.
15) After defeating the Ash Soul, light the bonfire.
