Blathers is hosting a stamp demonstration at the Museum and as you explore the galleries you can find a variety of stamp stations.
For each stamp collection you complete, Blathers will reward you with a special plaque that you can use to decorate your home.
If you completed the Stamp Rally in 2020, you can use this as an opportunity to add more plates to your collection, along with the art plate, which, due to the art gallery not being in the game at the time, was unavailable last year. .

If you want to celebrate Museum Day in New Horizons, then of course you should head to the Museum.
Chat with Blathers once you arrive and he will tell you that the Museum is hosting a stamp rally to celebrate this event.
In the Art, Insects, Fossils and Fish galleries you can find three stamp stations and once you have collected all three stamps in a gallery you will get a great reward.
You can participate and complete the Stamp Gathering without opening the Museum Art Gallery, but you will not be able to earn the Stamp Gathering reward from the Art Gallery.
All you have to do now is explore the museum and collect those stamps.
International Museum Day Stamp Gathering Station Locations in Animal Crossing: New Horizons Explained
For the stamp demonstration, Blathers has set up three stamp stations in the Art, Insects, Fish and Fossils galleries for you to find. To complete the International Museum Day event in New Horizons, you must find all nine stamp stations and collect their various stamps.
Each gallery has several different locations for these three stamp stations, so be sure to explore each gallery carefully. Fortunately, stamp stations are hard to miss.

International Museum Day badge rewards in Animal Crossing: New Horizons explained
You will receive a reward for each International Museum stamp collection you complete in New Horizons, meaning there are a total of four rewards you can collect.
For each stamp collection you complete, you will receive a copy of the plaque used to mark the exhibition at the Museum. This means you will earn the Fossil Badge for finishing the Fossil stamp collection, the Art Badge for finishing the Art stamp collection, the Insect Badge for the Insect stamps, and the Fish Badge for finding all the stamps in the gallery.
