In Pokémon Legends: Arceus you can receive Pikachu and Eevee skins if you have a save file from previous games in the main series of Pokémon games.
The games in question are Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, and with their files safely saved to your Nintendo Switch, these cosmetic items will be yours.
Having save files from other main Pokémon installments on your console will also allow you to capture Darkrai and the Modern Team Galactic clothing set. You can also encounter Shaymin (Land Forme) and earn the Shaymin Kimono Set by saving a file from another Pokémon game set.

How to get the Pikachu and Eevee Skins from Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
First things first, you can only receive the Pikachu and Eevee skins if your Nintendo Switch contains a Let’s Go Pikachu or Eevee save file. It doesn’t matter which game you have a save file for because either way you’ll earn both skins.
Next, you need to play Pokémon Legends: Arceus up to the point where you joined the Galaxy Expedition team, which will take you about an hour.

You are also tasked with filling Hisui’s Pokédex by obtaining new evolutions such as Kleavor by evolving into Scyther, Wyrdeer by evolving into Stantler, Sneasler by evolving into Hisui Sneasel, and Overquil by evolving into Hisui Qwilfish.
