First, you must go down the rather broken western steps, not far from the door to the Temple of Time. After that, continue west towards the hill on which the shrine sits. There will be a couple of Zonai soldier builds as you make your journey, so take the time to defeat them if you wish.

Once you reach the bottom of the hill, swim across the small pond and start climbing the stairs. You’ll have to climb a bit at some points to cross the gap where the stairs have fallen down, but you’ll soon reach the top of the hill and the Ukouh Shrine.

Solution to the Ukouh Shrine puzzle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

You will receive the Ultrahand ability upon entering the Ukouh Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This skill allows you to grab, move, rotate, and stick items at will, but to master it, you must first complete the Ability to Create challenge. Here is the solution of the Ukouh Shrine.

First, use Ultrahand to place the slab to your right across the gap so you can walk on it.

Then, use Ultrahand to join the two slabs together before once again placing them across the gap so you can reach the other side.

For the final challenge in this shrine, you must first place the wooden plank on the ground. Now take one of the hooks and attach it to the board using Ultrahand.

Taking your creation using Ultrahand, place the hook around the railing making sure it is far enough back so you can jump on board before it comes out the other side.

Link uses the Ultrahand ability to create a platform on which he can travel in the Ukouh Shrine.

Once you’re on the other side, run to the end of the shrine and interact with the green circle to receive your first Light of Blessing.

Now you have to visit two more shrines: the Gutanbac Shrine for the Ascend ability and the In-Isa Shrine for the Fuse ability. Both shrines are visible from the hill you currently stand on; with the In-Isa Shrine to the southwest and the Gutanbac Shrine atop a snowy peak to the southeast.
