It’s pretty easy to get to the Domizuin Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, provided you’ve unlocked a key travel point nearby.
As with other Shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the Domizuin Shrine will test your orienteering skills with a giant box puzzle. Importantly, there are three chests you need to grab before reaching the Light of Blessing at the end.

Location of the Domizuin Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The Domizuin Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom can be found on the southern plains of Akkala, just north of the Zora Domain. The easiest way to get there is to use the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and glide to the ruins of the Akkala Citadel. The Sanctuary is located at the coordinates (3306, 1443, 0426). We have marked its exact location on the map below:
Domizuin Shrine puzzle solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Upon entering Domizuin Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you will be greeted by a large pillar. Use Ascend to reach the top, then head to the control switch ahead. Pressing this will rotate the room forward counterclockwise, 90 degrees along its y-axis.
Press the first control switch to rotate the box once. Head in through the gap in front of you, then look towards the platform to your right. Use Ascend to reach the top and open the chest here to get a pack of 10 arrows.
Now, press the switch in this room to rotate the box on its x-axis, counterclockwise. Now you can jump through the hole to the left of the control switch. There is a small staircase here that leads to a chest containing a Zonai Charge.
Go back inside and hit the switch again. Now you will see another chest.
Stand next to him and shoot an arrow at the switch to end up on the raised platform with the unopened chest. This contains a Mighty Zonaite Shield, which has 50 defense.
If you look up, you’ll see a long platform that extends over the top of the box. This is what we’re trying to use to get to the ceiling.
Drop to the ground and shoot an arrow at the switch outside the box. Now, press the inner switch three times. You can now ascend and climb to the top of the box. It’s just a matter of walking up and activating the Shrine to finish things off.
