Where to find Bronzor in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Bronzor is a Steel and Psychic type that returns in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

It appears in both games, although it will be of particular interest to those playing Scarlet, as Bronzor Fragments need to be found to help Charcadet evolve into Armarouge.

This page explains how to find Bronzor locations in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, whether you’re looking for those Shards or just want to complete your Pokédex.

Where to Find Bronzor Locations in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can find Bronzor spawning among the ruins. Here is a map of Broznor locations to help narrow this down:

As shown, this is primarily located in the southern half of the map. If you’re looking for easy-to-find, low-level Bronzors, we recommend the ruins northeast of Cortondo, the city where you’ll find the bug gym.

To get there, be sure to go around the mountain clockwise and then go up the slope. You’ll also find some Tinkatink spawns (a new Gen 9 Pokémon) here, if you fancy a strong Steel Fairy type with two evolutions to grow.

Our The Teal Mask walkthrough will help you complete the first part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, but make sure you know how to start it first. When visiting Kitakami it is a good idea to know how to get Sinistea, Dipplin and The Loyal Three. Our Pokémon Scarlet and Violet walkthrough can take you through the main campaign, including The First Day of School, Victory Road, Starfall Street, Path of Legends, and, when you’re ready, The Way Home and the final boss. Elsewhere, we can help with the normal gym test secret item menu, version differences, the best scarlet and violet starter, XP farming, shiny Pokémon, and learning to fly, swim, climb, and run. When it comes to individual Pokémon, we can help with Gimmighoul, Ditto, Bellibolt, Pawmot, Scovillain, Frigibax, Brambleghast, Annihilape, Farigiraf, Dudunsparce, Lycanrock, Armarouge, and Ceruledge.

How to get Bronzor fragments in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Once you’ve found the Bronzor locations, getting Bronzor Shards is easy: simply defeat them in battle.

You can fight them manually in the wild or use the ‘Let’s Go’ feature to automatically fight them.

Again, we recommend the ruins northwest of Cortondo, where they will be around level 10 and, as a result, easy to take down. If you are having difficulties, it is recommended to use fire-type moves.

If you have Scarlet and are here to turn Charcadet into Armarouge, then all you need is 10 Bronzor Shards.

Best of luck with your Bronzor hunt!
