The character roster for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania is the most extensive in the series to date.
For a game based on the GameCube originals and the Deluxe Collection, it’s interesting to see the series expand with something new; the incorporation of guest stars from other franchises.
Some of them will arrive as DLC characters at launch and in the weeks after launch, while others, like Sonic, Kazuma, and Beat from Jet Set Radio, will be unlockable from the start.

Bananas, the main currency of the game, are acquired in a variety of ways. Collecting them in stages is one of them, but the most lucrative source is completing quests, which are mini-goals in all game modes, such as completing stages in countless ways, finishing modes, playing mini-games, etc. in.
Unlocking the above character list won’t take long: when we completed Story World 5 we already had 35,000 bananas, which was enough to unlock all of the game’s guest characters.
Beyond that, Golden AiAi might take a little longer to unlock, as the Golden Banana mode is available in the Points Store for 20,000 bananas.
