Clearing bases is one of the longest, but also one of the most rewarding, ways to collect special resources in Spider-Man, and they’re an integral part of many purchases you can make to keep Spidey looking and feeling great. as you progress too.

What are Base Tokens and what are they used for in Spider-Man?
Base tokens have a few uses and they are all quite similar. In short, they are one of the six resources used to upgrade your things and are obtained by clearing the different types of enemy bases on the map.
Different types of enemy bases will appear as you progress through the story, and will remain even after the main story has ended, but they ultimately work the same way.
The first base you approach is a Fisk hideout; It’s usually good to open it up with some stealth takedowns.
Head to a base, marked on your map with a red icon related to the type of base they are (a demon mask for demon bases, for example, a crown for Fisk’s (Kingpin’s), etc.) and you will begin . Start a phone conversation with Yuri.
Eliminate your first enemy grunt in the Base to start the challenge itself, and you will then have to defeat four waves of increasingly numerous and challenging enemies, before the Base is marked complete and you earn your Tokens.
What are base tokens used for?
You can spend them to unlock certain Spider-Man suits, as well as specific suit modifications, gadgets, and gadget upgrades. How to earn base tokens and clear enemy bases quickly
You can only earn Base Tokens by clearing enemy Bases, but the key point to keep in mind when trying to earn them quickly is that you can earn additional Base Tokens for completing bonus objectives specific to that base.
Press R3 when you start attacking a Base to see the bonus objectives; They’re usually things like “complete in.
It’s wise to check them out as soon as possible after starting the base, because some are almost impossible to complete if you mess things up; Stealth takedowns, for example, aren’t possible once you’ve been spotted, so you’ll want to do them. Get them all out of the way at the start of your siege.
The good news is that Bases can be replayed infinitely, even after the end of the story, which can be done by simply returning to a completed Base later. Otherwise, the main thing to note is that these are all combat-based, and as such, you’ll find them noticeably easier later in the game, even with the more difficult enemy types, thanks to the abilities extras and the powers of the suit you have. We recommend doing the few that come naturally as you progress through the story and the ones you feel like doing along the way, but save the real work until the end of the game after the story is over, when you’ve mastered the more complex Gadgets and moves.
