Pokémon Unite Fair-Play Points serve as an indicator of your behavior in online games.
Displayed on a scale of 100 points, these can be affected by both good and bad actions during multiplayer, from completing matches to being idle.
Staying at the top of this scale can reap rewards, but if you don’t pay attention, your account can receive different penalties over time.

Explanation of fair play points in Pokémon Unite
Whether you play standard or ranked matches in Pokémon Unite, some specific actions related to multiplayer behavior will be graded in Fair-Play points.
Each player starts with 100 Fair-Play points, and these can decrease or increase depending on some factors. If you maintain between 90 and 100 points, you will be able to collect rewards as compensation for your good deeds. But if not, sanctions may be imposed.
The Fair-Play Points scale from 100 to zero is as follows:
- 90-100: Eligible for Fair-Play point rewards
- 80-89: Not eligible for Fair-Play point rewards
- 60-79: Ban on ranked games
- 0-59: Random match ban during standard matches
As long as you stay within the range of 90 to 100, you can collect 20 Aeon Coins daily. You can do this from the Fair-Play Points tab in your account profile, which can be accessed from the main menu by pressing your coach icon.
We recommend checking your Fair-Play points at least once a day to collect your rewards or, in the worst case, to know exactly how many points you need to get back to the top of the ladder.

How to get or lose Fair-Play points in Pokémon Unite
Fair-Play points aren’t exactly the center of attention, so you most likely won’t pay too much attention to them at first. That said, certain actions can build up in the background without you realizing it. They may be unintentional, but can lead to complications over time.
So what are the conditions? In order for Fair-Play Points to be deducted, the following actions must be recorded:
- -1 point: Leave a paired team instead of giving up.
- -2 points: Slow in matches (short term)
- -5 points: Idle in matches (extended)
- -8 points: Inactive in matches (malicious)
In turn, Fair-Play Points are awarded for completing matches:
- +1 point: Standard Battle CPU Match
- +2 points: standard random battle match
- +2 points: ranked game
Please note that only five Fair-Play points can be awarded per day.
In short, the sanctions are quite simple. Leaving a match without using the surrender option and remaining inactive for short or long periods of time will lead to a decrease in points.
100 points is still a lot, so it will take several similar scenarios of these penalties for your account to be in danger. But it is important to keep this in mind whenever possible.
