Pokémon Legends Arceus Duration: How long does it take to complete the main campaign?
The time you spend in Pokémon Legends: Arceus’s main campaign depends on how much time you spend completing research tasks for the Pokédex and requests for residents of the Hisui region.
If you focus primarily on the main Missions, taking the time to complete a selection of Requests and increase your Star Rank, the main campaign will take approximately 18-20 hours.
However, it will take you much longer to reach the conclusion of the game if you choose to complete the Requests as they appear and complete as many Pokédexes as possible.
As of this writing, we don’t have a rough estimate of how long Legends: Arceus’ post-game events will last, but considering the additional quests and requests, there’s a good amount of content you can expect. Especially if you have Sword and Shield and/or Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl save files on your Nintendo Switch!
Our Pokémon Legends Arceus walkthrough will help you choose a starter Pokémon and win the Kleavor boss fight. You are also tasked with filling Hisui’s Pokédex by obtaining new evolutions such as Kleavor by evolving into Scyther, Wyrdeer by evolving into Stantler, Sneasler by evolving into Hisui Sneasel, and Overquil by evolving into Hisui Qwilfish. There are a ton of new evolution methods, including some for Eevee evolutions. Take the time to complete Requests too, like The Sea’s Legend, Wurmple’s Evolved! and find Wisp locations. Don’t forget to track all Unown locations as well.
How many missions are there in the main campaign of Pokémon Legends: Arceus?
The main campaign of Pokémon Legends: Arceus consists of 18 main missions of varying lengths, beginning with In an Unknown Land and concluding with The Counterpart.
Each contains a set of objectives that you must complete to move forward; You can find your mission objectives by opening your Arc Phone’s map screen and pressing Y.
At the time of writing, we do not know the exact number of Requests: Legends: Arceus side quests. However, we have found 88 requests, so there are plenty of additional Pokémon adventures waiting.
