A Radiant Reunion is a special research quest in Pokémon Go, which can only be accessed if you have purchased a Go Fest 2022 Final Ticket.
You must then complete the Willow’s Return special research quest, which is available to all players, to play A Radiant Reunion during the event. Don’t worry if you can’t complete it during the event, though, because once unlocked, A Radiant Reunion is yours forever.

Steps of the mission ‘A Radiant Gathering’ in Pokémon Go
A Radiant Gathering is a special research quest exclusive to players who purchased a ticket for Go Fest 2022 or simply one for the final event in Pokémon Go.
You will unlock this quest by logging into Pokémon on Saturday, August 27 between 10 am and 6 pm (local time). Doing so will automatically unlock the Willow’s Return special research quest, and once you’ve completed it, you’ll be granted access to A Radiant Reunion, which will be released gradually throughout the day.

Below you will find all the steps of the A Radiant Return mission and the rewards in Pokémon Go. Just beware of spoilers!

- Evolve 3 Pokémon – 1000 XP
- Earn 5000 XP – 1 Incense
- Use an incense – Encounter with Combee

Rewards: 1 Star Piece, 1 Sinnoh Stone, and an encounter with Buzzwole.

- Claim Reward: 25 Shaymin Candies

Be sure to compete in Shadow Raids, complete routes, use Daily Adventure Incense for a chance to encounter Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, and Galarian Moltres. This incense can also give you encounters with other rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go.
How does A Radiant Reunion work during the Pokémon Go Go Fest 2022 finale?
A Radiant Return is a special research quest exclusive to players who purchased a ticket for Go Fest 2022 or one for just the final event in Pokémon Go; You must also log into the game at least once on Saturday, August 27 between 10 am and 6 pm (local time).
If you play A Radiant Reunion on Saturday, August 27, the quest will gradually unlock two steps at a time when a new habitat hour begins, starting with Willow’s return. Fortunately, you don’t need to complete A Radiant Reunion during the event because, as long as you’ve unlocked Willow’s Return, you’ll be able to play both special research missions whenever you want.
