Universal Fungus is a new domain in the Sumeru region, more specifically in the Mawtiyima Forest.
Where to find the Universal Mushroom Domain in Genshin Impact.
Domains have been present in the game since version 1.0 and you can easily understand them as a type of challenge in which you will fight a certain number of enemies. Unlike the common challenges you may encounter while exploring the game’s vast regions, Domains will cost you Resins to earn the rewards.

Universal Mushroom Mastery Puzzle Solution in Genshin Impact
Universal Mushroom Mastery presents an initial challenge for anyone seeking the great rewards it has to offer. When you first arrive at the place, you will notice that the entrance is hidden underground. To open it, you must solve the dendro totem puzzle.
Around the entrance are four dendro totems and a Dendrograna station. Before you even start attacking the totems, you must first get the Dendrograna and then destroy a rock with vines behind the entrance that hides another totem.
Now that all five totems are available, you must use a dendro skill to activate them. However, there is a correct sequence to do it. If you just want a hint on how to complete it, you should pay attention to the symbols in front of each totem. They will give you some light!
However, if you’re looking for a quick answer, the correct sequence is determined by which totem has the symbol glowing.
Taking as a central positional reference the central stone where the domain door will be, you can see a totem to your left, one behind the rock, two more on the right side and one a little behind the Dendrograna station. Simply follow the sequence one to five shown in the image below and the domain will open for you.
