How to unlock the Prowler skin in Fortnite
If you want to unlock the Prowler skin in Fortnite, you must first purchase the Battle Pass for Chapter 3 Season 2. After doing so, or if you have already done so, you will be able to access the Prowler challenges.
To unlock the Prowler skin, you must:
- Complete 3 Marauder Missions.
How long it will take you to unlock the Prowler skin depends on which Prowler missions you choose to focus on first. Remember: You can only unlock the Prowler skin during the current season, and once it ends, you will no longer be able to add it to your collection.

Prowler Challenges Explained and How to Unlock Prowler Cosmetic Items in Fortnite
In addition to the Prowler skin, you can also unlock eight Prowler-themed cosmetic items in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 by completing Prowler missions.
Here are Prowler’s cosmetic items and the quests you must complete to unlock each of them:
- Complete 7 Marauder Missions: Built-in Slash and Smash Emote
- Collect bars (300) – On The Prowl loading screen
- Collect different types of weapons of epic rarity or higher in a single match (3) – Marauder Banner Icon
- Damage opponents while crouching or sliding (500) – Energy Claw Gathering Tool
- Headshot opponents with a thermal weapon (3) – Mark of the Prowler Weapon Wrap
- Modify a vehicle and then drive it 500 meters in a single match (2) – Marauder’s Grasp Emoticon
- Search chests before taking damage in a match (7) – Sky Prowler Glider
- Use a spray on The Daily Bugle (1) – Spray Prowler Tag
As you can see, Prowler’s missions are quite varied: some are quite easy to complete, while others require you to search for specific items on the Fortnite map. Just keep in mind that once Chapter 3 Season 2 ends, you will no longer be able to unlock the Prowler skin.
