Stitch is one of the hardest villagers to find in Disney Dreamlight Valley, as he is not part of a Kingdom nor unlocked with a particular biome.
Instead, you’ll have to help Donald Duck find the missing socks in the valley. However, this is an ongoing quest, so you’ll have to wait a bit to add Stitch to your village.

How to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Thanks to au/hga90 on the DisneyDreamlights subreddit for discovering this for the first time, now we know for ourselves how long it takes to get everyone’s favorite whirlwind of mischief.
To get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley you have to:
- Find the slimy sock at Dazzle Beach, talk to Donald Duck, and wait five days.
- Find the chewed sock in Peaceful Meadow, talk to Goofy and Donald, wait five days.
- Find the last knitted orange sock in the Forest of Valor, talk to Merlin and Donald.
- Place the locator beacon on Skull Island.
- Go find Stitch on his boat!

Where to find the first sock to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To begin the quest to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to find the slimy stocking in Dazzle Beach. The slimy stocking seems to spawn most often on the small island south of the east side of the beach, but we know it can also spawn behind the Pillar of Power.
Go to Dazzle Beach to find the slimy stocking and begin the quest to get Stitch.
Other stockings may appear elsewhere, so search all over Dazzle Beach if you can’t find them on the island or behind the Pillar of Power.
Also, note that you may need to unlock Donald first before this stocking appears on Dazzle Beach. You can get Donald Duck by unlocking the Forest of Valor and then completing the quest “A House Fit for a Duck” after he is rescued.
The stocking can appear if you haven’t unlocked it, but you won’t be able to progress any further until you get Donald Duck, as you have to talk to him during the next part of the mission to get Stitch.
You need to unlock Donald Duck to advance the quest to unlock Stitch.
If the stocking still doesn’t appear on Dazzle Beach, do some of Donald’s personal quests or unlock the Toy Story Realm and complete the quest ‘A Secret Mission in Uncharted Space’ to invite Buzz from Toy Story to your village.
Once you collect the slimy stocking, take it to Donald Duck to continue your search for Stitch! However, once you help Donald, you will have to wait five days and then the chewed sock will appear in another biome.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley September Update is here! You can now obtain Beauty and the Beast by completing the quests Into the West Wing and A Prince in Disguise. The Fairy Godmother is still in the valley, so you can continue the story through the Forgotten Memories quest. Now you can also have multiplayer houses and customize furniture. Where to find the second sock to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Five days after completing the ‘Mystery of the Stolen Socks’ quest for Donald Duck, another piece of disgusting clothing will appear in your game.
To continue your quest to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to go to Peaceful Meadow to find the Chewed Sock. Remember, this will only appear five days after completing the first quest associated with the sock quest.
The chewed sock appeared before us to the right of the east path towards Dazzle Beach, near the pillar. However, it can appear anywhere in Peaceful Meadow, so keep an eye out for flashes on the ground.
We found the second sock here, but it may be somewhere else for you in Peaceful Meadows.
Once you’ve found the chewed up sock, take it to Goofy and give it to him. Then go to his house and clean up the trash, where you will find the blue fur. Bring the blue fur to Donald Duck to complete the second part of this mission and unlock Stitch.

After talking to Donald, you will have to wait another five days for the next sock to appear.
Where to find the third sock to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Another five days after you find the second sock and clean Goofy’s house, the last sock will appear in your game.
To finish your quest to get Stitch in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must go to the Forest of Valor to find the knitted orange sock. Remember, this will only appear five days after you find the second sock in Peaceful Meadows.
The third sock appeared to us in the south of the forest, overlooking the Plaza biome. However, it can appear in various places in the forest, so look for sparkles on the ground if you don’t find them where we found them.
You will then be asked to talk to Mickey, Kristoff, and Merlin, but you only need to talk to Merlin to advance the quest since he is his sock. Clean Merlin’s house like you did with Donald and Goofy, and then return to Donald Duck when you find the Mysterious Claw in the last pile of trash in Merlin’s house.
We are almost there! All you have to do to get Stitch to your valley now is place the locator beacon on Skull Rock. This is the small island just off the east side of Dazzle Beach, where we found the first sock.
Go into your inventory and place the beacon as if it were a piece of furniture, then when you exit the menu, Stitch will crash into his ship!
Talk to Stitch, place his house somewhere in your valley, and then pay Scrooge McDuck 10,000 Star Coins to build it. Stitch will now be a regular member of your village, but you must activate some hidden requirements to progress his personal quest after reaching Friendship Level 2. The first of which is finding a sparkling image of Donald Duck on the eastern stairs of Dazzle Beach.
