In Pokémon Legends: Arceus you can obtain the mythical Shaymin (Land Forme) and unlock the Shaymin kimono set by having a save file from a previous installment of the main series.
These games are Pokémon Sword and Shield and you simply need to have created a save file on your Nintendo Switch to start working towards these rewards.
Saving files from other installments of the Pokémon series will also unlock the Pikachu and Eevee skins, along with the Modern Team Galactic set and an encounter with the mythical Darkrai.

How to get Shaymin from Pokémon Sword and Shield in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
If you want to catch Shaymin (Land Forme) in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, your Nintendo Switch must contain a Pokémon Sword or Shield save file.
