How to get scales in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get Scales in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must unlock The Oasis section of Glittering Dunes on Eternity Isle as part of the A Rift in Time DLC.
Once you have unlocked The Oasis, you will need to use your fishing rod to fish in water where there are no waves. When you take a bite, roll it as usual and you should have some flakes.

To unlock the Glittering Dunes biome and reach The Oasis, you must complete the following Eternity Isle story quests:
Once you’ve completed the previous quests, you’ll have access to The Plains portion of Glittering Dunes. From here, you can use your hard-earned Eternity Island magic to unlock the path to The Oasis.
