Azumarill is one of the most elusive creatures to track down in Pokémon Go’s latest collection challenge.
Spring into Spring lets you track down various spring-themed creatures, from the rabbits Buneary and Bunnelby to the egg-shaped Pokémon Exeggcute and Chansey.
Meanwhile, Azumarill is the odd one out because he’s an evolution and must be captured as such, making him harder to find than most of the others.
Fortunately, there are two sources where Azumarill can appear, so locating them is a priority before the event ends on Thursday, April 8.

How to get Azumarill in the latest Pokémon Go collection challenge
Azumarill is the evolution of Marill and, unlike its evolution partner Diggersby, it cannot be added to your collection by evolving alone: you must capture it for it to count.
Azumarill does not appear in nature, even with the help of an incense, so don’t worry about looking for it there. Instead, you should focus your attention on the following two sources during the Spring into Spring event:
Finding them is as much about luck as the next, and really depends on what’s near you.
Keep an eye on all the gyms within your area, as completing an Azumarill raid is possibly the quickest one or two, especially if you can use a Remote Raid Pass. Azumarill has a relatively low CP of 9847 and can easily be soloed with strong grass-type counters.
As for the Catch 15 Exeggcute research task, it’s about spinning as many PokéStops as possible until it appears. Remember that the research is updated daily, so keep trying every day until the research improves. From there, Exeggcute is a very common wild spawn during the event (use an incense if you want to complete this step even faster) and Azumarill will be your reward.
