Hisui Sneasel can be found in two Pokémon Legends biomes: Arceus – Coronet Highlands and Alabaster Iceland.
In Coronet Highlands, you will find Hisui Sneasel in Celestica Trail and Primeval Grotto. Meanwhile, in Alabaster Iceland, Hisui Sneasel likes to hang out at Avalugg’s Legacy and Glacier Terrace.

How to evolve Hisui Sneasel to Sneasler in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
To evolve Hisui Sneasel into Sneasler in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you must use a Razor Claw during the day.
Once you have a Razor Claw, make sure it’s daytime (go to sleep if necessary) before selecting the item from your inventory and using it on the Hisui Sneasel you wish to evolve. Now all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the evolution scene!

You can get a Sharp Claw in Pokémon Legends: Arceus at the Trading Post for 1400 Merit Points.

Location of Johto Sneasel in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Sneasel’s original Johto form can also be captured in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
This Pokémon is a Dark and Ice type and can only be found in the Space-Time Warps that appear in the Obsidian Fieldlands.
If you’re hunting this Pokémon, you’ll have to wait for one of these events to form, and when it happens, keep in mind that the Pokémon it contains are quite powerful. For this reason, we recommend stocking up on health items and Great or Ultra Balls, as well as bringing your strongest Pokémon.

Weavile also appear in the space-time distortions that occur in the Obsidian Fieldlands, so you may find one with better effort levels than the Sneasel you’re planning to evolve.
