The Last Dose mission rewards and payouts in GTA Online can be difficult to keep track of, especially with so many things happening around you when you complete a task. However, it’s also helpful to know what you’ll gain by dedicating your time to this set of five missions.
Before getting into anything else, it is essential to know that you must have completed the First Dose missions in GTA Online before you can access the content related to the Last Dose. To do this, answer a call from Ron Jakowski and meet him at Liquor Ace in Blaine County.

Payments for The Last Dose mission in GTA Online
There are a total of five missions as part of Last Dose set in the Drug Wars DLC for GTA Online. Each mission has an approximate standard payout that you get upon completion.
Note: With a recent update, Rockstar has increased the payout for these missions by “more than 25%.” Since we experienced the missions with the previous payout, we use our payout plus the approximate 25% increase to give an estimate of the new payouts.
Here is a list of each mission and their approximate standard Last Dose payout:
- This is an intervention: $65,000+
- Unusual suspects: $65,000+
- Fried Mind – $65,000+
- Registration – $65,000+
- BDKD – $65,000+
Plus, you can earn some extra money by collecting things left by enemies. On each mission, we’ve collected approximately $35,000 to $45,000 in extra cash by collecting things as we go.

The reward for completing the last dose in GTA Online
Once you have completed all the Last Dose missions in GTA Online, Dax will call you and inform you that a special gift awaits you in West Vinewood.
After receiving this call from Dax, you should notice this marker appear on your map:
It is listed as a “Bonus Item”.
Once you have driven to this marker, you should see a vehicle in the parking lot with Dr. Friedlander’s name written on it. That is now irrelevant because the supercar is now yours!
That’s right, Ocelot Virtue worth $2,980,000 is yours for free after completing all Last Dose missions in GTA Online.
Once you get in the vehicle, you will be asked where you want to store it and then it will officially be yours. Now you can customize it however you want with a repaint or an upgraded engine. Money is the only limit to what you can do!
