To complete this special investigation, you must first purchase a ticket to Go Fest 2020.

Once you’ve purchased a ticket, you should make sure to play Pokémon on Saturday, July 25 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. (local time). This will automatically unlock Go Fest 2020: Welcome and all its rewards.

If you do not purchase a Go Fest 2020 ticket or, if you have a Go Fest ticket, you forget to play on Saturday, July 25, Go Fest 2020: Welcome will not unlock and you will not be able to complete this story.
