Genshin Impact characters Xiao Banner 4 stars
Xiao Banner has three 4-star characters with improved drop rates:
- Barbara (Hydro)
- Noelle (Geo)
- Yanfei (pyro)
While these are not the most wanted 4-star characters in Genshin Impact, they have been in the game for quite some time. Those who regularly wish on Banners should already have them, meaning that if you receive one of these 4 stars from Xiao’s Banner, Invitation to Mundane Life, you will receive Masterless Starglitter.
Barbara, Noelle, and Yanfei get a boost in Xiao’s current Banner.
An Intertwined Fate can be purchased for x5 Masterless Starglitter, which can then be used to wish on a Xiao banner.
You get x2 Masterless Starglitter for taking out a 4-star character you already have, and if that character’s Constellation level is fully upgraded, you get x5 Masterless Starglitter. This means that you have a higher chance of getting Wishes for Xiao at a discount (or free) if you have all the 4-star characters that appear on his Banner.
Genshin Impact Xiao Banner Characters and Rates
Xiao is not the only 5 star you can get from the Invitation to Worldly Life banner. However, with the 50/50 system in place, if you don’t attract Xiao the first time you successfully desire a 5-star item, you are guaranteed to get him the second time you obtain a 5-star item.
There’s also the Pity and Soft Pity system, so you’re more likely to get Xiao after your 75th wish, and you’re guaranteed a 5-star item with 90 wishes, if you don’t already have one. In the worst case scenario, you will get Xiao after your 180th wish, but these are very unlikely odds.

Featured 4-star characters have their own 50/50 system, so if you don’t draw Barbara, Noelle, or Yanfei the first time you draw a 4-star weapon or character, one of them will be guaranteed the next time. There are no 5-star weapons in Xiao’s Banner, so you can only get 4- or 3-star weapons by spending your Intertwined Fate. 4-star weapons have a 2.5% chance of dropping, while 3-star weapons are the most common to be dropped from Xiao’s banner with a rate of 94.3%.
3-star weapons are the most common in Wishes.

Xiao Banner End Date
