The big version 3.6 update is here and it brings the new Amrita Pool reward system to Genshin Impact.
Like a mini Dendroculus hunt, you must collect feathers of purifying light throughout your travels in the Gavireh Lajavard and Farakhkert Kingdom areas of the Sumeru Desert, and then offer them to Amrita Pool for some useful rewards, including 600 Primogems.
However, it’s not immediately obvious how to unlock Amrita Pool in Genshin Impact, so we’ve detailed exactly how below, along with all the Amrita Pool rewards.

How to unlock Amrita Pool in Genshin Impact
To unlock Amrita Pool in Genshin Impact, you will need to complete the ‘Heart of Amrita’ word quest in Sumeru. To obtain this quest, you must first complete the “The Splendid Sky of That Day” section of the world quest “Khvarena of Good and Evil.” Go to the Gavireh Lajavard section of the desert to find this starting quest.
Continue with this questline and once you complete ‘The Splendorous Sky of That Day’, you will automatically receive the word quest ‘Heart of Amrita’. Follow this quest to talk to Fedhri by the pool, near the Vourukasha Oasis area. You can now offer any plumes of purifying light you find in Gavireh Lajavard and the Kingdom of Farakhkert to the Amrita Pool for useful rewards.

Genshin Impact Amrita Pool Rewards
There are six levels of Amrita Pool in Genshin Impact, and 6 Feathers of Purifying Light are needed to reach each one, for a total of 36 feathers needed to obtain each reward. To claim your Amrita Pool loot, select “Offer” from the Amrita Pool main menu, located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
To get the special calling card after turning in all 36 feathers, click the “Claim” button in the Amrita Pool rewards section.
Unlike systems like the Tree of Dreams, the set of rewards you get from Amrita Pool is actually randomized with every six Feathers you give it. However, after giving the Pool all 36 feathers, you will get all the rewards anyway. Each player receives the same rewards, just in a different order.
