Destroying and collecting telescope parts in a single match is one of the seasonal missions in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.
Unlike other seasonal quests, this one has a deadline, giving you just one week to complete this challenge. However, if you do, you will receive 25k XP which will help you unlock more Battle Pass skins.
First, you need to know the location of the telescopes, and then how to destroy and collect the telescope parts.
Please note that this particular challenge can no longer be completed. What’s new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! New additions include Grind Rails and Kinetic Blades, along with the new Battle Pass, character collection, and Eren Jaeger skin. It’s a good idea to know how to get XP quickly in Fortnite.

Telescope locations in Fortnite
There are 9 telescopes located on the Fortnite map:

It’s important to note that this seasonal quest will only be available for one week, so if you don’t complete it soon you won’t be able to get XP.
Aside from one, each can be found in a Seven Outpost, where you can also find the vaults. Check your minimap for an exclamation point (!) when visiting one of these locations, as it roughly marks the location of the telescope.

To complete this challenge, you must destroy three telescopes and collect the pieces in a single match. If you are eliminated from the match in any way, your progress in this seasonal mission will be completely reset.
For this reason, it’s a good idea to make sure you have a weapon and some shield potions ready when attempting this challenge in case you run into other players.
We recommend visiting the three Seven Outposts at the eastern end of the map, because they are located close together, almost organized in a straight line.
Starting with the northernmost outpost of this trio, you can find the telescope located in the roots of the tree on the slope leading to the area containing the cracks.
The next telescope is located on the island, the Launchpad landmark, where you can find The Visitor. It is in the smaller of the two buildings on the north end of the island.
The third telescope is located on the island directly south of The Launchpad and is located next to the entrance door of the building located there.

How to destroy and collect telescope parts in Fortnite
To destroy a telescope in Fortnite, you simply need to hit the telescope with your harvesting tool or a weapon. After doing so, a telescope part will appear for you to collect.
Remember: you must do this three times in three different telescopes in three different Seven Outposts or in Sanctuary in one match. Also, you only have one week to complete this quest, so if you want that extra XP, make sure you complete it before next Tuesday!
