Feathers of Purifying Light are collectible items found in the Gavireh Lajavard and Farakhkert Kingdom areas of the Sumeru Desert in Genshin Impact.
You must find all 36 Feathers of Purifying Light to complete your collection and obtain all the rewards from the Amrita Pool, which includes 600 Primogems.

All Purifying Light Feather locations in Genshin Impact
Feathers 1-10 can only be collected by completing the Fravashi Tree challenges during the ‘Pale Fire’ world quest. We have a map image with just their locations below, but you can visit our dedicated Fravashi Tree locations page for more information on where to find these first ten orbs.
For the other 26 feathers, you must use your Sorush device to float inside the yellow orb, then complete a mini collection challenge or follow the yellow orb until it gives you the feather.
Additionally, certain Feathers of Purifying Light can only be collected once you unlock locations as part of the ‘Khvarena of Good and Evil’ world quest. Therefore, we recommend completing that mission before searching all the locations.
For every six Feathers of Purifying Light, you can claim a random Amrita Pool reward. However, after giving the party all 36 feathers, you will get all the rewards anyway. Each player receives the same rewards, just in a different order.

Genshin Impact Purifying Light Feather Locations 1 – 10
As we mentioned earlier, the first 10 columns of purifying light can only be collected by completing the Fravashi tree challenges. Our Fravashi Tree Locations page has more details, but at a glance, here’s where to find these trees to get the first 10 columns of purifying light:

The first of the regular Plumes of Purifying Light is located near the main road through the Temir Mountains region, floating above a path of trees at ground level.

Climb to the top of the cliff near the area name ‘Temir Mountains’ on your map to find this feather atop a gray crystal spike, near a Dendro totem.

This plume floats above a brown tip on the north side of the cliff in the west of the Temir Mountains, just below the top of the cliff.

On a brown point in the west of Tunigi Hollow, at ground level.

You’ll find this plume of purifying light near a group of Hilichurls on the east side of Tunigi Hollow, near the main path leading from the Temir Mountains to Tunigi Hollow.

Go to the boss entrance in the Zulqarnain Gate area to find this Feather floating above a pillar in the tunnel leading to the boss.

To reach this plume, you must go to the underground Teleport Waypoint between the Zulqarnain Gate and Tunigi Hollow, head east, and then climb the cliff inside this underground tunnel.
The Feather floats near the edge of the underground cliff.

Head to the Teleport Waypoint in the west of Asipattravana Swamp. You’ll find this column of purifying light below the ground-level waypoint, floating near a four-leaf seal.

You will find this feather on a cactus near an enemy camp in the southeastern section of the Samudra Coast area.

You have to go to the nearest underground Teleport Waypoint on the south side of the Samudra Coast body of water to access this plume.
Go to the large Gray Crystal structure in this cavern and use the Four-Leaf Seal above to locate the Feather of Purifying Light on a cliff near the tip of the Gray Crystal.

It is located on top of a cactus right next to the Teleport Waypoint on top of a cliff on the south side of the Samudra Coast area.

On a cliff behind an enemy camp on the cliffs between the Tunigi Hollow and Asipattravana Swamp areas.

Hovering on large tree roots on the side of a cliff, just west of the Statue of the Seven in Vourukasha Oasis.

This pillar of purifying light is located near the small cliffs west of the Amrita Pool location.

Head to the western side of Vourukasha Oasis, near the Statue of the Seven, to find this Feather floating above ground level, inside a large tree trunk.

This feather floats above a small pool of smoke-like water in the southeastern section of the Vourukasha Oasis.

Inside a tree stump on the east side of Vourukasha Oasis.

Near the top of a cliff in the south of the Hills of Barsom area. You can easily reach this plume by going to the Eastern Teleport waypoint in the Asipattravana Swamp, then going up the northern path and turning left at the end.

Above the roots of some trees growing on the cliff north of the Asipattravana swamp. It’s best to use the teleport waypoint above this plume and then glide down.

Just opposite the Domain in the Hills of Barsom area, floating on a brown point.

You will find this plume of purifying light on the eastern side of the Samudra coast, beneath a pile of sand next to the water and a Hilichurl. Use a character’s Anemo ability to remove the sand and unearth the feather.

Although this plume is technically located in the Samudra Coast area, you can only access it by traveling to the underground Teleport Waypoint on the cliffs between the Samudra Coast and the Asipattravana Swamp.
Travel the same underground path you traveled during the world quest ‘Khvarena of Good and Evil’ to reach the final chamber that has the cannon you used on the triangular shield. The feather is near a four-leaf symbol in the upper right corner of the room.

This Plume of Purifying Light is found underground in the mountains of Temir. Naturally, you will come to this place as part of the world quest ‘Khvarena of Good and Evil’.
If you return to the location, use the underground Teleport Waypoint in eastern Tunigi to head south to your position, past the circuit puzzles, into the right door or oven area.
Those are all the Purifying Light Feathers found! Now you can go to Amrita Pool and turn in your 36 feathers to get all your rewards.
