Finding Jonesy’s numerous locations is one of the many Fortnite challenges you must complete.
Downtown Drop tasks you with finding Jonesy in various locations, including Jonesy behind a fence, Jonesy in the sewers, Jonesy near the basketball court, near rooftops, and in the back of a truck.
Please note that this particular challenge can no longer be completed. What’s new? Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived! Jonesy hidden behind a fence location in Fortnite
To find the Jonsey behind a fence, proceed along the course as usual and, after two right bends, hug the left wall.
About halfway down there is a steep drop, with a curved wooden fence leading to the wall on the left.
This actually takes you down an alley that’s easy to miss.
Go down the alley, past all the containers and reach a fence with a gate.
Continue and you will find the Jonsey hiding behind the fence.
Find Jonesy in the sewers location in Fortnite
There are several ways to find Jonesy in the sewers in Fortnite.
The easiest is to find one of two hidden shortcuts that will take you through the sewers. These are located in the second half of the route, with an open culvert in the middle of the road between the second and third curve, as well as a slope that goes from the third curve to the other side of the truck.
Both hidden shortcuts end up putting you right at the end of the course, but not before having you pass by the Jonesy at the sewer location.
Alternatively, you can deploy this exit location by staying up until the end of the course, locating the open square in front of the truck, and dropping down. They’ll spit you out right away, so if it doesn’t activate, throw a impulse grenade before doing so to help keep you down there.
Find Jonesy near the basketball court location in Fortnite
The location of the basketball court is on the outside of the first corner of the field. It is a green area fenced with chains, which you can access through the side door.
At the back of the basketball court, clearly visible, is Jonesy. Approach him to complete this Jonesy location.

Find Jonesy near the rooftops location in Fortnite
Finding Jonesy’s location near the rooftops is not easy. You will find the location of the rooftops between the first and second corner, where you will find the location of the basketball court and two food trucks specifically.
When the road levels out, before you reach the two food trucks, look up and to the right. You will see a construction on top of the building, and this is where the rooftop Jonesy is located.
You can get there by hugging the right wall as you approach the corner and jumping to the hallway above, but this is particularly difficult. We found it easier to stand on the ground and use a impulse grenade to propel ourselves upwards.
It’s easiest if you stand under the walkway at the end, throw the impulse grenade at your feet, and then jump, so that when it explodes, you shoot straight up into the air. Now move your character to the walkway, head to the rooftop location and find Jonesy’s location on the rooftop.
Find Jonesy in the back of a truck in Fortnite
Finding the location of the back of the truck is a matter of completing the route, so you will return to the beginning.
Now, before going down the ramp, look to the left, where you will see an alley.
Head down the alley, turn left and you’ll see the Jonesy in the back of the truck location.
Doing this is also useful for one of the Fortnite letter locations, which is also found at the beginning of this course. Be sure to grab it if you need it and continue moving along the path!
