Visiting each satellite dish base in a single match is one of the Week 13 epic missions in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
If you want to complete this challenge, you must first repair the IO equipment, build 25 structures in Corny Complex, destroy the stolen information, and obtain Marigold’s message from the impasse.
Completing this challenge will reward you with 30,000 XP, which will help you collect more Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass.

How to visit five satellite dish bases in a single game in Fortnite
While visiting five satellite dish bases, also known as IO bases, in a single match in Fortnite may seem like a difficult challenge at first, it’s actually quite easy to complete if you catch the right UFO.
The UFO in question can be found in the Steamy Stacks parking lot in each match. You’ll want to make this your first destination at the start of the match to ensure you both get the UFO and have enough time to complete the challenge.
Catch this UFO!
Once you are at the UFO, you will need to visit these bases in this order:
- East of the steep cliffs
- Base inside the old Stealth Fortress
- West of Fort Crumpet: the landmark west of Believer Beach
- East of the weeping forest
- South of the muddy swamp
Visit the bases in this order.
Fortunately, you don’t have to abandon the UFO for these bases to count towards the challenge. Instead, you simply have to hover over the base for a second and the challenge counter should appear. However, if not, try landing your UFO to make sure it counts.
Don’t worry about the UFO’s battery life either: it will last you the entire trip as long as you don’t get distracted from your mission. If another player knocks you down, depending on how far you are in the challenge, you will still be able to complete the challenge using the IO cars found at the bases.
The UFO’s battery will last the entire trip.
Remember: you must have five IO bases in a single match to complete this challenge and the counter will reset if you quit, are eliminated, or abandon the challenge.
