You first meet Dino in Final Fantasy 15 very early in the course of the story, but returning to him later opens up a series of fetch quests. The first ones are pretty simple – head to the marker, locate the mineral you’re looking for, and return with it – but the last one is left on the left until you’ve finished the main story.
Each gives you a portion of EXP and a bracelet, each offering increased strength over the previous mission.

Return to Galdin Quay and talk to Dino, then head to the marked area to the north. There are a couple of Dualhorns you’ll need to tackle, and the ore can be found on the eastern edge of the search area. Return to Dino to complete the mission.

Return to Galdin Quay and talk to Dino, then head to the Kettier Highland parking space to the northwest. The minerals are located on the eastern edge of the search area, one on the southern edge, and the last on the northern edge next to a fishing spot. Return to Dino to complete the mission.

Reliable Royal Stone Location

Return to Galdin Quay and talk to Dino, then head to the Wennath Riverhead parking space in west Cleigne. Run just south of the parking space and go down the stairs. Head towards the marked area and then head east to the river. Follow it to find a small open area just to the north, and the ore is on the large rock in the middle. Return to Dino to complete the mission.

Return to Galdin Quay and talk to Dino, then head to the Myrlwood Dungeon (see our dungeon guide for details on where to find him). The mineral is located approximately halfway along the eastern edge of the opening forested area. Return to Dino to complete the mission.

Learning how to get AP quickly, EXP quickly, and money or Gil quickly will help you in many optional dungeons and tombs, including how to open and explore their locked doors. You’ll find this as you explore the Costlemark Tower, which we have a walkthrough of in the link above.
It is specifically located after descending a couple of long spiral ramps; There are more pockets of enemies along the way, but you will eventually reach the end. Head to the exit on the north wall, crawl through the small gap and turn left into the hallway. The Emerald Stone will be in this room.
