Using a jar of fireflies in the Pizza Pit is one of the challenges that will be assigned to you in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3.
This challenge involves you finding some fireflies to trap in a jar and then use them to set the Pizza Pit restaurant on fire.
Completing this challenge will reward you with some XP that will help you unlock more Season 6 Battle Pass skins.

Pizza Pit is an iconic location, so its name will not appear on the Fortnite map, and because of this, you need to know exactly where it is on the map.

You can find Pizza Pit on the edge of the fall and primary themed forest north of Colossal Crops, which is the same location it had last season. Still, before visiting Pizza Pit, you need to find some fireflies to catch in a jar or else you won’t start any fires.

How to use a firefly jar in Pizza Pit in Fortnite
Before you can use a firefly jar on the Pizza Pit in Fortnite, you must first find some fireflies to capture.
The closest firefly spawn location is the Scenic Spot, which is directly west of the Pizza Pit. Scenic Spot is another iconic spot and is quite easy to find since it is located on top of a hill.

We recommend landing at this location at the beginning of the match and looking for fireflies in this area. They will be easier to spot at night, but you will still be able to see them during the day; You will also be able to collect a number of items in the Scenic Spot, so you will be able to defend yourself against other players if necessary.
There are several places to find fireflies in the Scenic Spot.
Once you’ve collected your Firefly Jar, head directly east from the Scenic Spot and follow the road until you reach the Pizza Pit.
When you reach the Pizza Pit, go inside and throw your Firefly Jar anywhere inside the building to complete this challenge. However, you’ll want to get out quickly once you’ve thrown the Firefly Jar, as it will set the building on fire and if you’re not careful, you’ll lose some health.
