How to get Doom of Chelchis in Destiny 2
Doom of Chelchis is a raid-specific weapon, and the only way to acquire it is by completing encounters in the King’s Fall raid.
Doom of Chelchis is known to appear in Entrance, Totems, Golgoroth, Deathsingers, and Oryx encounters. Every time you delete one, you have a chance acquire Doom of Chelchis with a random roll, and as a result, you can take down several over the course of a raid.
Once you’ve found the first one, you can also craft Doom of Chelchis in Destiny 2. To do so, you need to collect five Deepsight Resonance versions of the weapon (the kind with the red border on the icon).
There is also a chest at the end of King’s Fall that allows you to exchange conquest loot for weapons you found earlier in the raid. The first one you buy with each character per week will be a guaranteed Deepsite Resonance drop. The rest aren’t, but this is an effective way to grow your favorite bagels, if you’ve got the loot.
You can only purchase weapons that you have previously unlocked at the end of the chest. Keep running King’s Fall to expand your inventory!

Doom of Chelchis God Roll Recommendation in Destiny 2
Doom of Chelchis drops with a specific origin trait from King’s Fall’s special weapon called Runneth Over.
Reloading a weapon with this trait while allies are nearby will overflow the magazine and increase with more players, so if used near a full raid team it takes the default 16 rounds to over 30 rounds.
The best combination of perks, or “god roll”, will be different for different situations and players. However, there are certain combinations that should produce consistently excellent results.

As a precision-framed scout rifle, Doom of Chelchis is quite stable and has excellent range. Arrowhead Break makes recoil very predictable while improving handling speed. This will help you make quick and accurate shots while aiming down sights.
Magazine options that increase ammo or reload speed are not as useful due to the Runneth Over buff mentioned above. Instead, use Steady Rounds to help keep your aim stable while shooting. This, combined with the Arrowhead Break’s ease of aiming, makes it an incredibly easy weapon to shoot.
The explosive payload converts half of your damage into explosive damage and increases that portion by 30%. It’s effectively a 15% damage boost that also deals splash damage.
One for All grants a 35% damage increase for 10 seconds after damaging three or more targets. This harmonizes brilliantly with the explosive payload, as the splash damage of the latter works with the former frequently. It’s a synergy that works just as well against slave legions as it does against tightly packed Guardians in the Crucible.
Finally, don’t forget to upgrade Masterwork on your Doom of Chelchis. This can further increase reload speed, range, handling or stability. Additionally, once the Masterpiece is completed, you unlock the Kill Tracker and the Power Generation Orb.
