Aphelion’s Rest, Chamber of Starlight, and Bay of Drowned Wishes are the lost sectors of The Dreaming City that you will find in Destiny 2.
Although you can visit them at any time once you unlock The Dreaming City as a patrol area, they will be required to unlock certain quest lines and rewards for Petra, so knowing their locations will be helpful.
If you’re new to The Dreaming City, keep in mind that this is a high level (560), so don’t be surprised if you need to come back much later!

Location of Aphelius’s resting place
Aphelion’s Rest is on The Strand, next to where Petra is located:
Specifically, jump east from the elevated area where Petra is, to the flooded area below. Look towards the wall now and you will see the Lost Sector symbol. The cave is right next door.
Take the linear path through the cave to reach the Aphelion’s Rest location.
Starlight Chamber Location
The location of the Chamber of Starlight is in Rheasilvia, the area north of The Dreaming City. Specifically, it’s just south of the public event that regularly appears there:
You want to locate the bridge where the Public Events begin. This is what you’ll see as you approach from the south, with a fountain to the northwest:
Now look south from the bridge and, in the valley below, you will see the Lost Sector symbol at the end:
Jump to the right side of the valley and head to the end.
Make your way and you will eventually reach the Starlight Chamber location.

Location of Bay of Drowned Wishes locations
The Bay of Drowned Wishes location is the easiest of the three. First, travel to the Divalian Mists fast travel location:
Then, turn around and you’ll see the Lost Sector symbol looming above the rock. Jump on the rock to see it clearly.
There is a cave next to the symbol; follow her.
You will soon reach the Bay of Drowned Wishes Lost Sector location.
