The length of Cyberpunk 2077 is understandably of great interest, as developer CD Projekt’s previous game, The Witcher 3, is something of a juggernaut after all, but it turns out Cyberpunk is a little different.
It’s actually a little shorter, although the overall length depends on how many side activities you want to do, but below we’ll outline our answer to the question of how long Cyberpunk 2077 is in its entirety, based on our experience playing the game. before release, as well as how many acts are in the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 Duration: How Long to Beat Cyberpunk 2077 Explained?
Based on the average approximate times of those who have played it to the end, Cyberpunk 2077 takes between 25 and 30 hours to see the main story through to completion.
That’s if you focus solely on the main story, perhaps only occasionally playing with buildings and items, and trying out a very small number of side activities when the main story asks you to kill some time.
The actual time it would take to complete Cyberpunk 2077 is, of course, much longer and depends entirely on how much you want to play. There are a series of story-heavy side quests that have multiple stages, such as the nomad quests with Panam, as well as countless unique ‘gigs’, random encounters, and a variety of different endings depending on the decisions you make. by the way.
With that in mind, take the completion time with a pinch of salt, as it’s how long it would take if you did very little else, but it’s highly unlikely that’s how you’ll experience the game. Take your time to learn the systems, including how attributes, perks, and skills interrelate, and meet the many wonderful people in the game – they’re the best things about the game.

How many acts are there in Cyberpunk 2077?
Unusually, Cyberpunk 2077 has ‘acts’, which roughly divide its story into groups, but not in the standard way: there are two acts in Cyberpunk 2077, plus a brief interlude, the prologue and the epilogue.
The first 20 minutes of the Corpo life path
The Prologue is where you will begin the game and varies depending on which Nomad, Street Kid, or Corpo life path you chose at the beginning.
We won’t give away anything that happens, but in summary, Act 1 is effectively the basis of the game’s main story, while Act 2 makes up the bulk of it.
There’s a brief ‘Interlude’ between them, which we won’t reveal, and finally there’s the Epilogue, which is where you’ll play out the consequences of your choices and experience one of Cyberpunk 2077’s many endings.
Once you finish the main story, know that you can return to the main game. The way it works is that you reach a “point of no return”, where the game warns you that you’ll be locked into the main quest until you complete it (for a couple of hours, in our experience), and then you can reload. and re-enter at that point or of course any other saves you want to load.
