Secret Photos Ops are essentially another round of 50 waypoints, only these aren’t marked anywhere on your map (or minimap, until you unlock the level 50 suit mod which can make things a little easier).

They’re usually smaller or darker places – things you’d probably think deserve a photo if you were walking by on foot, like some cool graffiti, but not the kind of things you’d travel to. a whole new city to see, including iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building.
To successfully complete the Secret Photo operation, simply take out your camera and focus on the object with L2, as you would for a Landmark or Black Cat Stakeout, and when the screen turns green, take the photo with R1. A small pop-up window will appear confirming that you have crossed off another of the 50 opportunities on your list.
